Sierra Elementary School

Dear Sierra Elementary Families,

 

It is with great excitement and enthusiasm that I introduce myself as the new Principal of Sierra Elementary School – home of the mighty Roadrunners! As we begin the 2025–2026 school year, I am honored to join a school community known for its dedication to student success, strong family partnerships, and a vibrant school culture.

 

With over eight years of experience as a school administrator—serving both as a Middle School Assistant Principal and Principal—I bring a passion for academic excellence, a firm commitment to school safety, and a belief in the power of collaboration. My mission is to ensure every student is known, supported, and challenged to reach their fullest potential.

 

At Sierra Elementary, we will continue to build on a strong foundation rooted in Professional Learning Communities (PLCs), where educators work together to improve instruction and student outcomes. I am dedicated to fostering a safe and supportive school environment through continued implementation of PBIS (Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports) and Capturing Kids’ Hearts, because we know that meaningful relationships are the gateway to student achievement.

 

Our focus will also remain strong on parent-teacher engagement. I truly believe families are our greatest partners in education, and I look forward to creating ongoing opportunities for collaboration, communication, and shared celebration of student growth.

 

As we begin this exciting new chapter together, I am energized by the journey ahead and eager to take our Roadrunners to new heights—academically, socially, and emotionally. Together, we will soar with pride, purpose, and perseverance.
